"IN CELEBRATION OF" NOMINATION

Every year the Komen Northwest Ohio Race for the Cure® pays special tribute to an individual who has survived breast cancer, and who serves as an inspiration to others. The “In Celebration of” tribute recognizes one breast cancer survivor for her/his determination and inspiration in our united battle against breast cancer.

The 2007 "In Celebration of" tribute was awarded to Jackie Stalter. Recognition for 2008 will be given on the Race entry brochure, at the Komen Night with the Mud Hens, and at the Awards Ceremony on Race Day.

Nominations for 2008 will be accepted until April 30, 2008.
